According to the popularity chart and feeling of the nation, Christopher Nolan’s “Oppenheimer” is the frontrunner and expected to secure 10 BAFTA awards, potentially making it the most awarded film in the history of events. In the category of best director, Nolan, is the most favorite choice, is also fully expected to win his first Oscar. Nolan won his first DGA Award, which has all but cemented his Oscar for the direction.
In the category of best actress award, it could be a nail-biter between Lily Gladstone (“Killers of the Flower Moon”) and Emma Stone (“Poor Things”). If Gladstone were to win, she would be the first Native Americans to win any Oscar.
In best actor category also it could be a close contest between Cillian Murphy (“Oppenheimer”) and Paul Giamatti (“The Holdovers”). Both would be first-time winners.
